The L.A.P.D. and Metro Police are all “Gung Ho” about bikes having lights, and they pass out tickets like Halloween candy to those who don’t. To avoid any contact with the L.A.P.D. and/or tickets, The 4130 asks you to “Get Lit Up”!! Please Put Lights on Your Bikes!!

All Southern California Law Enforcement Agencies are giving tickets for no lights on bikes. Lets "Get Lit Up"!!

As crazy as it sounds… In a major city like Los Angeles, with crime happening all around, The L.A.P.D. will take the time out to write as many bike without lights tickets as they can. If you’re riding in L.A. at night without a front and back light, you’re asking for Jake to come and take some money from you. It’s so simple to avoid, Just “Get Lit Up”!!

There are all sorts of Bike Lights on the market from cheap little lights to expensive spot lights that will light up a whole block. The choice is yours. Most lights are super easy to install and DO NOT DAMAGE OUR SWEET BIKES AT ALL!! So go to your local bike shop and tell’em you wanna get “Lit Up”. Then we can just wheelie on by L.A.’s “Finest”..

I know you heard it before, but the mantra for the Las Vegas 4130 Subway Series Ride is “Together WE Can!!”

Yo chromies, now’s the time to get “da crew” together and plan for The Las Vegas 4130 Subway Series BMX Ride!! This ride is FRIDAY September 16th!! There’s NO HALL PASSES ISSUE’D to miss this ride because everyone should have some chromies to “go in” with to keep the expense low and affordable!! The July 4130 S.S.R. took a few different twists and turns as WE worked OUR way down to The NIKE 6.0 Tunnel Jam and it was more than dope!! It was a BMX Ton(nel) of FUN!!
